Community Wellness Response Team (CWRT)
CWRT is a community-based alternative to law enforcement response for mental health or substance use related crisis calls. BACS receives calls and dispatches a Mental Health Response Team to respond to community crisis calls for urgent support, de-escalation, and linkage.

Crisis Navigation Program
Crisis Navigation Program supports people exiting crisis hospitalization to navigate the behavioral health system of care to stabilize and meet ongoing needs (housing/shelter, vocational, legal, benefits, substance use treatment, etc.) in the community.

Landlord Engagement Assistance Program (LEAP)
LEAP woks with landlords, social service providers, and participants to quickly and permanently re-house individuals and families experiencing homelessness. We work directly with landlords to create more affordable rental units with landlord incentives and a 24/7 hotline, break stigma that makes housing inaccessible for people with histories of homelessness, and provide housing support services and case management.
