BACS uses a “whatever it takes” approach to stabilize and empower our participants to achieve individualized goals.
We coordinate care for the “whole you” — breaking down the systems that separate health, mental health, housing, benefits, and other services – to help participants take their next steps in life.
We provide 24/7 care for people in need, and our programs are transforming the state of homelessness, mental health crisis treatment, and decreasing reliance on policing. BACS is confronting systemic barriers that disproportionately effect people of color, people with behavioral health issues, and people impacted by generational poverty.
We are helping people experiencing mental health needs or housing crises, while balancing other complications like health needs, substance use, generational trauma, incarceration, poverty, and more.
We fight against stigma and work tirelessly to uplift each individual we serve.
