Kent Ellsworth

Executive Director

Kent Ellsworth has extensive background in nonprofit administration and executive leadership. Prior to BACS, Kent worked in health and human services program design, development, and implementation for Missoula Aging Services and Catholic Charities of San Francisco. He is experienced in creating innovative programs and services to address the multi-cultural needs of a wide spectrum of populations in a variety of geographical settings. Kent has a bachelors degree from Arizona State University.


Randy Street

Director of Development and Communications

Randy comes to BACS having served as Development Director for Salem Lutheran Home, affiliated with the Elder Care Alliance, and for the Center for Theology and the Natural Sciences, affiliated with the Graduate Theological Union at UC Berkeley. He has a lifelong history of fundraising as a volunteer, and was previously a board member at Grace Cathedral and the Ohlhoff Recovery Program in San Francisco. Prior to his nonprofit leadership positions, Randy held executive communications positions at Siemens and other technology firms.


Barbara MacAuliffe

Chief Financial Officer

Barbara has been Chief Financial Officer at BACS for over 15 years. Her responsibilities include developing budgets, preparing monthly financial reports, working with the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors, and insuring financial contract compliance. Ms. MacAuliffe has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and over 20 years experience in finance.


Mary Ann Jones

Chief of Program Operations

Mary Ann is a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked in community mental health programs for over 20 years. Mary Ann oversees treatment programs, including the Creative Living Centers and Adult Day Care centers, providing support and resources to program directors. She has worked as an advocate, clinician, and administrator for community-based organizations throughout the United States and in Africa, India, Brazil, and the Caribbean.


Norman Lemoine
   

Director of Human Resources

Norman, a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP), has twenty years of experience in human resources management. At BACS, Norman administers the Agency's personnel policies, coordinates staff recruitment and hiring, oversees the agency's unemployment and workers compensation programs, assures compliance with State and Federal labor laws and regulations, and promotes the implementation of the Agency safety program.
