South County CLC has been serving Fremont, Union City and Newark since 1974. Like all BACS CLCs, we have a clubhouse model, where members are empowered to choose how to responsibly manage maintenance, meals, and activities of the house. Approximately 25 people per day participate in the South County program. South County CLC offers its members a place to find hope, empowerment, meaningful activity, and a rich community to which they can belong.
